The home in Barnoldby le Beck was approved despite objections from residents.
It will be run by Gravity Red Inspires, a residential children’s home provider in North East Lincolnshire and will have a maximum of three children, aged 10 to 17.Committee member councillor Janet Goodwin, who voted in favour of approval, said: “It’s something that’s really needed in the borough.”
However, residents living near the prosed home signalled traffic and parking concerns in objection to the application.
