Bellway North London will release 20 apartments for sale on March 18 in Home Park Mill Link Road, Kings Langley, which are being built on the former West Herts College campus.
Prior to this, the land was home to paper mills for hundreds of years, which is why the development of 65 one and two-bed flats will be named Millworks.Greg Allsop, sales director at Bellway North London, said: “Construction is progressing well, and we are looking forward to welcoming people to the sales centre at Millworks for the first time next month.”
