Yerin Ha in Season 1 of Halo

Although February is still in its early days, Netflix has unveiled a list of what will arrive on and leave the streamer in the coming weeks. This is no surprise, as subscribers expect this every month; however, some may also miss a few important tiles until it's too late.

Towards the end of this month, Netflix is removing one of the most divisive sci-fi shows adapted from a video game, which originally ran on Paramount+ for two seasons before it was prematurely cancelled. Based on the military video game series of the same name from Bungie and 343 Industries, Halo was developed by Kyle Killen and Steven Kane for Paramount+. It is set in the 26th century, where humanity is engaged in a deadly conflict with the alien species known as the Covenant. One of humanity's heroes, Master Chief John-117, a super soldier, leads his team of Spartans against the alien threat. The underrated sci-fi gem was produced by Amblin Television and 343 Industries, with Steven Spielberg serving as an executive producer, among many others. Time is running out for Netflix subscribers in select countries to watch Paramount's Halo, as it's scheduled to exit international regions, with removal dates spanning from February 28, 2026, to March 1, 2026. Australia, Belgium, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand will see Halo leave Netflix on February 28. On the other hand, the following countries will see the series depart from the streamer on March 1: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. As for those in the U.S., don't worry yet! Both seasons of Halo were only just added to the library in October 2025 and won't be leaving soon. Who Stars in 'Halo'? Leading Halo is Pablo Schreiber as Master Chief, the genetically engineered Spartan supersoldier and leader of Silver Team. Others in the cast include Natascha McElhone as Dr. Catherine Halsey; Jen Taylor as Cortana; Charlie Murphy as Makee; Bridgerton's Yerin Ha as Kwan Ha; Bokeem Woodbine as Soren; Kate Kennedy as Kai-125; Bentley Kalu as Vannak-134; Natasha Culzac as Riz-028; Shabana Azmi as Admiral Margaret Parangosky; Danny Sapani as Captain Jacob Keyes; and Olive Gray as Dr. Miranda Keyes. Halo ran from March 24, 2022, to March 21, 2024, ending after 17 episodes.
