Hundreds of volunteers have joined the rescue effort for nearly 100 pilot whales that have unexplainably stranded themselves on an Australian shoreline.

Dozens of killer whales were seen attacking two gray whales in Monterey Bay, California. Researchers caught the attack on camera — saying it was an unusual attack, as the gray whales were large adults.that is covered in whales after nearly 100 long-finned pilot whales stranded themselves on the sand.

She clarified there is no official reason for the mass strandings.
