Did someone say free burritos for a year? It's National Burrito Day and Chipotle is celebrating by returning to the metaverse on Roblox to challenge players to roll burritos to win Burrito Bucks.
New Chipotle burrito inspired by Roblox users
Chipotle said it will launch the first-ever menu item inspired by Roblox to celebrate its return to the metaverse. The chain polledto help build their collective go-to burrito order, which it has dubbed the “Chipotle Burrito Builder Burrito.” The burrito – which Chipotle said “will be the first real-world menu item created by the metaverse community for a national restaurant brand – features white rice, black beans, chicken, tomato salsa, tomatillo red-chili salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and guac.
The new menu item will be available on the Chipotle app and Chipotle.com for a limited time starting Thursday for Chipotle Rewards members.and make a real burrito inspired by the community, what would it be?Also on Burrito Day, Chipotle said it will become the first restaurant brand to let its loyalty members exchange rewards points for a Roblox gift card.
