As of Tuesday morning, the slow-moving storm has dumped as much as 11 to 12 inches of rain on parts of Georgia and South Carolina, including Beaufort, Charleston and Edisto Beach, according to rainfall totals reported by the National Weather Service’s forecast office in Charleston.Tropical Storm Debby on track to dump heavy rain on N.J. region after pounding SoutheastIf you purchase a product or register for an account through a link on our site, we may receive compensation.
