A jury is set to be chosen for the trial of former Jetstar pilot Greg Lynn, who is accused of murdering campers Russell Hill and Carol Clay in 2020.
A trial is set to begin for the man accused of murdering two campers in Victoria's High Country.A jury will be selected to hear evidence and decide whether Mr Lynn is guilty or not guilty.
Justice Michael Croucher is likely to explain to the panel how the trial will be run and outline their responsibilities. Witnesses will then be called to give testimony and to explain pieces of evidence. They can be questioned by the prosecution and defence legal teams.A judge typically provides further instructions to the jury and explains any relevant points of law, before sending the panel off to deliberate and deliver their verdict.
