The man accused of brutally killing University of Fort Hare (UFH) student Nosicelo Mtebeni has made an about-turn regarding his legal representation, and now wants a lawyer

Judge Beneke postponed the matter to Friday in order for Pasile to get a lawyer ahead of the November 29 provisional pre-trial date. I am very angry and sad. First of all, we were not even aware as students that the perpetrator was appearing in court today. We only heard this morning [that] he was appearing.
