Muntinlupa City denounced the transfer of 18 coronavirus disease-positive inmates from the Correctional Institute for Women in Mandaluyong to the New Bilibid Prison .
“The mayor was also surprised, buong maghapon may plano pala ilipat , nobody called us of what they’re doing. The point of the mayor is yung inmates will be added to our data na 126. NBP is under the jurisdiction of Muntinlupa, and the mayor is Mayor Fresnedi,” said Navarro.
