A North Lanarkshire mum claims she's been made "ill" due to threats by angry customers of a rogue businessman who has been using her home address for a string of companies.

Marion Fellows demanded the constituent’s address be removed from listings of the firms on official Companies House records. It also advises that the woman can resort to court action, and that new legislation in the planned Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Bill will in future provide tougher powers.
