The heartbroken family of a baby girl who died within 24 hours of being born have vowed to 'never give up the fight' for answers over her death.
Speaking to Manchester Evening News, Poppy's devastated mum, Kimberley, said her family are determined to find out "exactly what happened" in the hours before her daughter passed away. In a tribute issued through Greater Manchester Police, Polly's family - who live in Tameside - said: "As Polly’s parents we would like to thank everyone at GMP for their continual efforts everyday in gaining us answers. Our beautiful brave baby girl Polly, we love you and miss you every day. Sleep tight my darling."
