With the wind still gusty at times, it will feel even colder, and, with highs struggling to reach the mid to upper 40s north of Highway 84 and the lower 50s farther south. Winds will gradually ease later in the day, but it will remain chilly. Monday night looks to be theas southerly winds return. Dry weather continues through Wednesday evening beforeahead of another, weaker cold front. That system should move through Thursday night with rain tapering off Friday.
