School security cameras later showed him walking toward the building before turning around and leaving. “According to the school’s cameras, he started walking to the school and then you can watch him contemplate if he’s going in or not,” Stark said. The surveillance video also shows Liam wiping away tears before walking away. Stark says her son has been struggling with personal trauma. She believes he may be trying to cope with it on his own.Neighbors have been rallying around the family, even dropping off groceries, as the search continues. Still, Stark says her only focus is bringing her son home safe. “I just want to give him the world,” she said. “I am sending love to him, and I hope he can feel it wherever he is and that it can help him come home.”1:46
