More than 120 popular apparel stores close down after bankruptcy filing

There is good news for fans of Billabong, Quiksilver and Volcom as the iconic brands will apparently be saved amid a bankruptcy filing that has forced more than 100 stores to close. Liberated Brands made news recently when it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and there were multiple reports that the move would be the end of the road for the once popular brands.

However, the company sent a release to PennLive noting that it was the license holder for the brands, and that while it has filed for bankruptcy and will close more than 100 stores in the United States, the plan is for the brands themselves to stay alive. In fact, Liberated said its filing “does not impact the future of the brands, as they have already transitioned to new, well-capitalized partners who are actively investing in their growth and long-term success.”Magnesium can have multiple benefits.
