Local law enforcement is working to strengthen their bond with today’s youth.
To do that, the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office hosted the I-LEAD field trip at Riverfront Park on Tuesday.
Students now feel safer knowing they have a closer relationship with multiple Montgomery departments, including the Montgomery Police Department and Montgomery Fire/Rescue. Departments did interactive demonstrations, from a water show to bringing out K-9 units, which was something the kids were very interested in.
