A tunnel collapse at a rebel-run coltan mine in eastern Congo is feared to have killed at least 200 people, officials said. Congo’s Ministry of Mines said the landslide hit the Rubaya mines on Tuesday, collapsing several hand-dug tunnels. The M23 rebel group, which operates the mines, rejected that account and blamed the government.
