He also led live events, clip specials, and on-camera talent initiatives, bringing a performance-driven sensibility to content strategy and brand voice. Mike built his foundation as a performer and creator. He is an alum of The Groundlings Sunday Company, where he later served on faculty, and has performed on house sketch teams at Upright Citizens Brigade and iO West. He continues to perform at improv festivals across the country. and has appeared in national commercial campaigns for brands including Geico, AT&T, Oscar Mayer, Pedigree, Citizens Bank, Nickelodeon, Hooters, Choice Hotels, Coke Zero, and Scion.
