"Barack and I were privileged to call her a friend. We had dinner with her and her husband. I have always been moved by her story of how she had a family, raised a family, then went back to law school, and [still] faced a level of discrimination," began Obama during the chat."Lopez chimed in with her own Ginsburg memories, recalling the time that she and her fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, met with Ginsburg and spoke about what it takes to ensure a long-lasting marriage.
