MGM Resorts Closes Buffets as Precautionary Measure

Coronavirus precautions have come for Las Vegas's vaunted buffets (via Eatervegas)

close temporarily. “These changes are temporary and will be evaluated on a weekly basis,” MGM Resorts director of media relations Brian Ahern said in a statement.

Employees who work at the buffets will “work directly with MGM’s Labor Relations department to assist with any employment changes, transitions or questions as part of the temporary Buffet closure process,”The news station says that other resorts report deep cleaning operations to stymie the spread of novel coronavirus.
