OCTA Research fellow Dr. Guido David said the positivity rate of Covid-19 in Metro Manila “dipped back” to 2.3 percent after a temporary increase due to more people being tested positive for the disease.
In an update posted on social media on Monday, Jan. 30, David said the weekly positivity rate in Metro Manila dropped to 2.3 percent on Jan. 28, from 2.4 percent on Jan. 27.
On Sunday, Jan. 29, the OCTA fellow observed an increase in the positivity rate of Covid-19 in Metro Manila, which increased to 2.4 percent on Jan. 27, from 2.0 percent on Jan. 28, while it was at 2.5 percent during the previous week.
