The new visual lives up to the song’s title as a celebration of the rapper’s home state and hometown, starting with a diamond-encrusted title card that recalls thedesigned by the Houston-based firm, Pen & Pixel. The video also follows Megan as she drives around Houston, visits star jeweler Johnny Dang, and hangs out with fellow local legends like the Geto Boys’ Scarface, Paul Wall, Slim Thug, and Sauce Walka. — out today, Oct.
“Through that whole period of my life I was going through some crazy stuff and I feel like a lot of people dehumanized me,” she said. “People were chiming in on my life… So to have my story told by so many people who weren’t me?
