He has a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Saenz has three young children in Fort Bend ISD. “We must develop and implement policy that supports flexible and dynamic approaches to curriculum development and instructional delivery based on campus and student needs,” she said.
