But Haire said the event served as a good reminder that during this season there is a lot of deer movement around the city which means motorists should take precautions and be on the lookout for deer. “Our first event will be a ribbon cutting for a new business called Romancing the Walls which is located at 443 West Liberty Street. That will be at 10 a.m.,” Marshall said. “Then at 11 a.m. we will have a celebration for the 25th anniversary of the Gardener’s Cottage at 226 South Court Street.”
