A sheriff's office beach marine unit in Florida was out Saturday patrolling the waters after Friday's shark incidents in Watersound and Seacrest beaches.
All three victims were taken to the hospital. One woman lost a hand, one teenager suffered serious injuries to the arm and leg, and another teen suffered flesh wounds.
Vaughan added that you should be aware of all dangers of the beach, from heat to rip currents to sharks.
