Page Six obtained footage of the 34-year-old’s conversation with cops after they found him and an unidentified woman sitting inside a blue Lamborghini SUV that had gotten stuck on train tracks.
Things became tense after the officers asked him to take his hands out of his pockets and attempted to search his waistband. He continued, “And clearly, we would just like to get our car off the f—king train tracks, which we were not trying to be on.”Marcus and the woman seemed to find the situation funny, chuckling as they pleaded their case.
