Jail records obtained by FOX 35 News reveal that Jordan was taken into custody by the Maitland Police Department and booked into the Orange County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence ( DUI ), property damage, cocaine possession, and resisting arrest without violence.
According to an official arrest affidavit, officers from the Maitland Police Department observed a southbound car facing the wrong way on the railroad tracks near Mechanic Street on Greenwood Road around 1:14 a.m. Upon investigation, it was discovered that the car had fled from a traffic stop initiated by the Seminole County Sheriff's Office. Officers detected a strong odor of alcohol emanating from the vehicle and noted that the driver, identified as Jordan, was slurring his words and had bloodshot eyes. Jordan claimed he had taken a wrong turn and needed assistance to get his car off the tracks.Police allege that Jordan refused to exit the vehicle until ordered to do so by officers, who also removed a passenger. Jordan stated he had been at several venues in the Winter Park and Casselberry area, most recently Rachel's Gentleman's Club. Following a series of sobriety tests, officers arrested Jordan for DUI. Police reports indicate that Jordan resisted walking to the patrol car and refused to enter. A search of Jordan's person allegedly revealed cocaine in his pants pocket. Jordan was released from the Orange County Jail on Tuesday afternoon after posting bond. He declined to answer reporters' questions as he left in a Lamborghini, according to FOX 35's Caroline Coles. Records show that Jordan played basketball for the University of Central Florida from 2009 to 2012 and graduated with a bachelor's degree from the Rosen College of Hospitality Management in 2013. Jordan is known for his previous relationship with Larisa Pippen, the ex-wife of his father's former teammate, Scottie Pippen. The couple split in 2024 after approximately two years of dating. According to FOX News, Jordan has a prior history with law enforcement. Records indicate that in 2012 in Omaha, Nebraska, he pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was also charged with obstructing a police officer, but the charge was dropped as part of a plea agreement, according to reports
