Here's the parade route, the line-up and what to expect from the Manchester Carnival 2024
The streets will be filled with good vibes and vibrant outfits this weekend as Manchester Caribbean Carnival returns for another year.
READ MORE: Huge three-day halal food festival coming to the Trafford Centre with street stalls and artisan market "This year’s Manchester Caribbean Carnival is set to be a monumental celebration," Julia Burke, Chair and Project Manager for the Manchester Carnival Together Committee , said. The parade will then turn right on to Moss Lane East, passing by Moss Side Brewery and the Power House. It will then turn on to Upper Lloyd Street before heading on to Claremont Road, where it will conclude near to Alexandra Park.
People are also being encouraged to line up on the streets within the parade route in order to see the procession passing by.
