The pop-up experience hopes to bring the party atmosphere to the city centre
With British weather having its ups and downs, it has been hard to get into that summer feeling. Well, that's all about to change, with Caribbean vibes and flavours heading to the city centre this week.
Guests will be able to take seats on deckchairs, under the parasols taking in the summer vibes in the Caribbean celebration of reggae and jerk. There will also be beach huts offering up ice cold beers.Hosted by Turtle Bay, the pop-up bar will feature a chance for visitors to sample several brand new Jerk BBQ dishes from the restaurant's latest menu - including Jerk Pit Wings, Jerk sausage, and vegan alternatives.
With two Turtle Bay’s already in locations across the city centre, Oxford Road and Northern Quarter, Mancunuions will have another chance to explore the amazing reinvented flavours of the Caribbean. The tasty jerk menu will offer new dishes incorporating seasonal ingredients, and an unrivalled, refreshing cocktail and mocktail menu.
