The man was arrested after one of the teens noticed the device.
The 39-year-old manager of a store in the Moorestown Mall was arrested Tuesday, weeks after he recorded two teenage employees in the bathroom, authorities said.
She recorded a video of the device and sent the recording to two workers who said they’d also previously seen the device. That night, the girl and and another teen employed at the business went with their parents to police headquarters after their shifts ended to report McGuire. McGuire is charged with photographing a child engaged in a prohibited sexual act, possession of child pornography and invasion of privacy.
