A man said by police to be 'wanted by four police forces' has been arrested in Bury after a series of burglaries.
A number of commercial burglaries have been under investigation in north Manchester, together with 'offences' in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire, GMP said.READ MORE:Labour win 'seismic' Rutherglen and Hamilton West by-election after crushing SNP GMP said the suspect, from the north Manchester area, remained in custody for questioning on Friday after his arrest.
In a statement on Facebook, GMP said: "A 37-year-old man from north Manchester wanted by four police forces has been arrested in Bury on suspicion of several theft offences after an investigation by GMP's City of Manchester North Neighbourhood Crime Team and the Force Critical Wanted Unit.
