Geoliver Tineo, 23, turned himself in about four hours after the 9:30 p.m. Saturday shooting, and was charged Sunday afternoon with murder, attempted murder and criminal possession of a loaded fire…
A 23-year-old man surrendered to cops after he allegedly opened fire during a birthday party in Brooklyn over the weekend — killing a male relative and wounding a woman, police said Monday.
The violence began after Tineo showed up to the bash being held at the apartment of 33-year-old Delvin Diaz on Drew Street near Stanley Avenue in East New York, police said. Tineo allegedly pulled out a gun and opened fire toward Diaz outside his building, hitting him multiple times, police said.
