A man who was upset about not receiving a refund at H-E-B threatened employees and showed up with a gun, San Antonio police said. Jesse Garza , 35, was charged with terroristic threats and unlawful carrying of a weapon. He was booked into the Bexar County jail on Friday. San Antonio police were called around 5 p.m. Thursday to an H-E-B in the 100 block of North Rosillo Street for a suspicious person with a gun at the store.
Man dies in North Side crash on Loop 410 Officers determined that Garza was upset at H-E-B staff about not receiving a refund for an item. Police said Garza had called the store and made threats toward employees before going there in person. Officers arrested Garza at H-E-B. There were no injuries, police said. Some H-E-B customers shared videos and photos of the incident, saying they were ushered out the back door of the store during the incident.
