Doug Wilson, who operated under the company name 'Wilson\u2019s Pool Design', was sentenced to 50 days in jail for taking money for pools he never finished. He pleaded guilty to twelve counts of first-degree theft of property.
Doug Wilson was indicted on 14 counts of theft by deception in Mobile County. He was accused of taking people\u2019s money to build pools, but never finishing them.According to court documents, Wilson pleaded guilty this month to twelve counts of first-degree theft of property, which is a Class B felony.One woman says after Wilson\u2019s arrest, he came back and completed 98% of her pool in March of 2023.
