Mr Mitchell's counsel, Adrian Canceri, said his client's gesture was "fleeting" and "mimicked Ricky Gervais to a tee". "The submission ultimately is Mr Mitchell was mimicking the artistic performance of Ricky Gervais," he said.'An act not for the public' "What it comes down to is the issue in respect of whether the salute amounts to a Nazi symbol," said Upol Amin, representing Mr Marshall.
