Col. Renato Ocampo, city police chief, said the suspect, identified as Lowell Ace Dahay, was arrested at around 1:22 p.m. inside the Traffic Management Office inManagement Office , Reynaldo Murrilo, 55, requested for police assistance for the arrest of Dahay who posed as a police officer.
Murillo said the suspect appeared in their office claiming to be a police officer and demanded for the immediate release of his motorcycle that was impounded due to a traffic violation.the suspect not a member of the Philippine NationalThe suspect was detained at theauthority or official function.
