A 59-year-old man and a 60-year-old woman were killed when they collided with a semi at 22nd Street West and Diefenbaker Drive last year.

The man and woman were taken to hospital but died from their injuries. Police say the semi driver wasn’t hurt.earlier this month and appeared in Saskatoon provincial court on Monday. His next scheduled court date is Aug. 1.
