A 37-year-old man died after jumping from a moving vehicle on Interstate 10 in San Antonio, Texas. He was struck by multiple vehicles and the interstate was closed for several hours.
The incident happened just after 7:30 p.m. on the main lanes of I-10 westbound near Hildebrand Avenue. Authorities said Sunday that a 37-year-old man jumped out of a moving vehicle and landed on the interstate. He was then struck multiple times by multiple vehicles, investigators said. The incident forced the closure of I-10 westbound for several hours on Saturday night while officers began and completed their investigation. The interstate reopened around 10:30 p.m.
Police said no charges are expected to be filed in this case
