James David Abercrombie III, 27, is charged with capital murder in the shootings at the Brighton Community Center.
A Fairfield man is charged is charged in the shooting deaths of two men during a repass one week ago today in Brighton.
Abercrombie, who has a lengthy criminal history including a robbery conviction, is also charged with certain persons being in possession of a firearm and several shooting into a building charges.Authorities were called to the Brighton Community Center, at 3810 7th Ave., shortly before 2:30 p.m. A motive has not been disclosed but the victims were killed with a rifle, according to charging documents.
