A man faces murder and aggravated assault charges following the deadly shooting of two of his family members in a San Antonio neighborhood on Wednesday.
A man faces murder and aggravated assault charges in the deadly shooting of his two family members at a Stone Oak home. San Antonio police said a person called to report gunshots shortly after 5 p.m. on Wednesday in the 17000 block of Winter Hill , near Huebner Road . They also claimed to have seen a body in the front of the home. A 25-year-old man shot a 59-year-old man in the head while inside the home, according to a police report.
Warrant: Brad Simpson transported 'large bulky item,' bought cement and bleach, went to dump site The man then followed a 59-year-old woman outside of the home and fatally shot her in the head. He then turned the gun on himself, police said. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office has not released the name of the deceased woman. The shooter and the wounded man were taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
