The San Antonio Police Department is investigating the death of a man and a woman, who died in separate overnight incidents.
A man and a woman were killed in separate overnight incidents, according to San Antonio police. The first incident occurred shortly after 8 p.m. in a Southeast neighborhood in the 200 block of Prestwick Boulevard . Officers arrived at the scene and found a 42-year-old woman with “apparent injuries.” She was pronounced dead by EMS. The cause of death is unknown. Police determined that a 52-year-old man heard an assault taking in the area and went to look.
Converse man charged with murder in fatal New Braunfels shooting now in custody Hours later, police were called to a fatal shooting. Around 1:30 a.m., officers responded to call for a shooting at a Von Ormy property in the 5900 block of Lopez Valley. On arrival, officers found a man in the backyard of the property with an apparent gunshot wound. The man was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
