According to court documents, Christian Joel Young, 28, was arrested for aggravated burglary, assaulting an elected official and assault. U.S. Rep. Maxwell Alejandro Frost, D-Fla., said he was punched in the face Friday night while at the Sundance Film Festival.Utah Gov. He was heard screaming racist remarks as he drunkenly ran off. The individual was arrested and I am okay,” Rep. A motion for pretrial detention was filed by a prosecutor, who also requested that Young be held without bail. “Because the defendant is charged with a first-degree felony and targeted misdemeanor offenses; there is substantial evidence to support the charges; and there is clear and convincing evidence that the defendant constitutes a substantial danger to any other individual or to the community if released on bail,” court documents read."Political or racially-charged violence of any kind is unacceptable in Utah.
