A man is accused of making terroristic threats after showing up at a Harrisburg polling location with a gun, as well as several more in his vehicle, according to police.'I don't have a crystal ball to look in to tell you what would have happened, but knowing what I know about this incident, it probably would have gone bad,' Harrisburg Capt. Terry Wealand said.
Police said David Lassiter, 74, faces charges, including terroristic threatening. Police said he caused a big scene inside the church after returning for his wallet, and when he returned, he pointed an unloaded firearm at an unoccupied police cruiser. Officers took Lassiter into custody after talking to witnesses. Police said he was upset and approaching the polling center to confront people inside.
