It has been a little over a month since 18-year-old Marion Holmes was killed after a car crash involving a Harrisburg police cruiser and the community says they
are still fighting for answers from the police. The crash happened between 19th and Holly Streets. However, community members say they’re still left with questions.
CBS 21 reached out to the city and state police with some of these questions, but they both said the incident is still under investigation.“He’s still being paid by the city, he’s still being paid by the taxpayer’s money, which we are the taxpayers, so we want him suspended, at least until after the investigation,” commented another Harrisburg resident, Tone Cook.
The task force is an attempt to involve parents more in the process of identifying problems in the city.
