Man City were dealt the charges by the Premier League in February 2023 for allegedly breaching the financial fair play rules over a nine-year period.reported on 12 August the hearing date has now been brought forward to mid-to-late September after it was originally planned to take place in November.
But the Premier League champions are expected to appeal against any potential punishment that could be handed out to them.Borson insisted the case is unlikely to be resolved by the end of this season unless the hearing turns out to be shorter than anticipated.
