14. Police responded to reports of a domestic disturbance at a home in the 100 block of Charles Road and found droplets of blood on the concrete outside the front door. A witness told officers that Miller-Colon punched the victim multiple times and possibly had a knife. Officers entered the home and noticed the victim had suffered multiple injuries, including "extensive" swelling of the face and lips, blood around the mouth, and red marks around the eyes that looked like scratch marks. The victim told officers that Miller-Colon punched them around 12 times after they refused to have sex with him, according to police. Miller-Colon also allegedly threated to stab the victim with a knife and burned the victim with a lit cigarettes.Charged were filed Sunday, and Miller-Colon was committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of a $55,000 bail, according to court documents.
