A 68-year-old man has been charged with assault and robbery after an alleged altercation in Pequea Township. Police say Gary Stoltzfus, of New Providence, Pennsylvania, bit a female in the arm and threw her to the ground while trying to steal her cell phone.
The incident occurred Jan. 24, 2026, according to a police release.
