Man Arrested in 2016 West Valley City Shooting

Police in Kearns, Utah, have arrested Jimmy Lopez, 26, for the 2016 death of Marvin Lopez, 24. The shooting, which occurred on July 10, 2016, was confirmed to be gang-related.

<p>KEARNS — Police announced Monday a man was arrested for his alleged involvement in the death of a 24-year-old man in 2016.

 4220 West and discovered they matched those found at another shooting incident in West Valley City just nine days earlier. The homicide was confirmed to be gang-related, police said.
