Tierra Smith, 36, and Monte Hunter, 37, both of Cleveland were shot around 5:15 p.m. at a home near East 145th Street and Kingsford Avenue, according to police and the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office. When police arrived, they found Smith in the passenger’s seat of a vehicle with a gunshot wound to the back of her head, according to police.An investigation by police showed that Hunter shot Smith in the back of her head before he shot himself.Members of the Homicide Unit responded for investigation. This case is ongoing.
