CLEVELAND, Ohio – Two arrests have been made after a man was found dead in his garage during a wellness check Sunday in the city’s Kamm’s Corner neighborhood, police said.
Cleveland police arrived at the home of Chris Dong Vo, 57, around 7 p.m. to perform a wellness check after callers reported blood coming from under the garage of the residence, located in the 13000 block of Lakewood Heights Boulevard, West of Wascana Avenue, police said. Officers entered the home through an unlocked door and found Vo on the ground inside the garage with a gunshot wound to the chest, and cuts over his body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
