The man accused of murdering a missing mom in Cleveland will make his first appearance in court Thursday.
CLEVELAND, Ohio -
59-year-old James Drahos faces charges of aggravated murder and gross abuse of a corpse in the death of his live-in girlfriend, 56-year-old Tammy Dubuisson. Dubuisson was reported missing in May.Officers arrested Drahos July 9 after executing a search warrant at a home on the 4300 block of W. 139th St.WARNING: The material below contains information that may be disturbing to some viewers.
On or about May 23rd, 2024, at 4307 W 139th St, Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, OH, James G Drahos did assault his live-in girlfriend Tammy Dubuisson, the assault knocking Dubuisson to the ground. Dubuisson died from the assault and lack of medical care after striking the ground. Drahos then left Dubuisson’s body outside for at least 8 hrs.
